Do you work with partial collections?
Yes. We are happy to evaluate partial collections or specific high value items within a larger estate.
What information do you need for a quote?
An inventory list (Excel or PDF) is best. If no list exists, clear photos of the bottles (spines or labels) are sufficient for an initial review.
How do you handle confidentiality?
We understand the sensitive nature of estate work. We do not publish seller names and can work under NDA if required by the estate.
How do logistics work?
We coordinate all packing and shipping. For large collections, we can arrange white glove pickup services.
What is the expected timeline?
For shipped bottles, payment is issued within 24 hours of receipt and inspection/acceptance, as outlined in your signed purchase agreement. In about 95% of shipped transactions, payment is made the same day the bottles arrive. For local transactions, payment is made on the spot. Sellers pay no separate fees.
