Common Questions
Why did they discontinue the 17/21?
Shortage of aged stock. They simply ran out of old whisky.
Is my NAS bottle worth anything?
The black label NAS (old style) is worth slightly more than the current white label, but far less than the 17yr.
Do you buy the 35 Year Old?
Yes, this is an ultra-premium bottle. We require inspection.
Do I need the box?
For 21 and 25 year, yes. For 17 year, it is preferred but not mandatory.
What is 'Pure Malt'?
It means a blend of single malts (no grain whisky) from Nikka's two distilleries: Yoichi and Miyagikyo.
